How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

I specialize in movement mechanics, and getting people to move pain free. It's not just a workout to burn calories, though you will. It is a well designed plan to get you to move your best, and learn eating habits to help you feel good from the inside out.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

I recommend having several pieces of equipment. Bands with handles, and mini-bands or thera-bands, a foam roller, a physio ball and a mat. Anything else is a definite plus!

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

There is an option for those looking for extra nutritional coaching. I send out nutritional information to my clients regularly. However, some people need more nutritional guidance than others, and we have package options to suite your needs.
