My name is Nathan Simmers. I’m an expert in “Practical Training for Everyday Living As You Age.” I have a passion for people like you, because too many people in the fitness industry ignore the unique needs of older adults who want to stay “in the game”!

 

I’ve helped hundreds of older adults find balance, work through injury recovery, develop nutrition for a healthy life and live longer, pain free. I don’t meet many who want to compete in world bodybuilding championships ... but I’ve met MANY people like you! 

 

People going through physical therapy exercises, injury prevention exercises and trying to figure out how to live longer … without pain

 

People who know a lot about health and fitness … but what they used to do isn’t working anymore, because of pain!

Why should you have to STOP doing things you LOVE, because of PAIN???

Now, I get it - there are PLENTY of people out there on the internet, selling anti-aging supplements, telling you how to get healthy without dieting, etcetera. 

 

Why should you listen to me? What would I know about the best exercises for anti-aging?

 

Well, I can tell you about my own experiences … but I’d rather you hear it from people just like you who are OVERCOMING things like low back pain, knee injuries, hip pain, shoulder immobility, poor posture and other debilitating, age-related pain issues!

I have been participating in personal training for approximately three years with Nate. Nate is astutely aware of my body’s weaknesses and how to build them up in a safe and appropriate manner, based on my level of tolerance of course. My goals have been mostly core strength, upper body strength, mechanics of running, and of course....helping me with oddities like foot arch strength. I never ever thought I could run for long periods of time, and Nate helped me accomplish my goal to run, as I’ve competed in a few 5ks. Running has always been intimidating to me, but not anymore thanks to Nate! He will absolutely make you strive for your best! When it comes to health and fitness, Nate is my biggest motivator, hands down!

About two years ago I wanted to get some help and guidance on how to condition myself the right way (no shortcuts).  I was hesitant initially on getting help (I figured I could do this alone), but free training sessions (only the first two) were being offered with a personal trainer so I decided to give it a try.  That was when Nate became a part of my workout routine.
